Often, we become what we think about. We become what we do. “We become our conversations” as my friend, Kelly Croy says So, if we are not careful, in our cynicism, we may create the very world which we fear. We may create the very worst possible reality for ourselves and others.
Culture and Climate
Our first step is recognizing this and holding ourselves accountable for the standard we expect from others.
Curiosity>Competition
But maybe it will turn out better than you imagined.
Eyes on the Mission
Keep going. A better world is built by the people who keep trying with open hearts and minds despite it all.
90% Happier
Think about that. Think about how powerful we can be in our own lives. We can be a force for good. We can lead ourselves. We can champion ourselves.
Get Your Pink Back

Open to Joy
Sending you peace and courage needed to be fully where your feet are planted. Feel it all, even when it hurts because this is how we keep our hearts open to JOY.
Healing & Human
And man, I can’t help but marvel at how lucky we are to be alive. To see another sunrise and feel another hug. I’m living this life for both of us. My dad and me. And I’m more aware than ever how lucky I am to be here to see more years than he ever did.
Bird by Bird
Every mosquito move as I call it in Legacy of Learning will add up. Your 100% won’t be the same every day. But that doesn’t meant you didn’t give it your all today. What matters most is that we keep trying.
Through the Adults
Of course it’s important and meaningful for leaders to have positive relationships with students. What I’m saying, however, is that leaders are most impactful when they are strategic with their approach. Mathematically speaking, there are more kids in the school than adults. And each adult plays some kind of role in supporting kids. So, pour into the adults, and they will pour into the kids.
