I enjoy the distinct honor and privilege of working alongside educators, students, and small businesses. I’m passionate about listening, growing meaningful relationships, and providing personalized support and inspiration.

I provide both long-term and short-term support in various areas including but not limited to leadership development and strategic planning. This includes keynote presentations and workshops. I’ve worked at the elementary, middle, high school, and district office levels. I’m passionate about co-creating plans that meet the unique needs of each community.

As you can see from my writing, I’m passionate about restoring curiosity, happiness, hope, engagement, and deep sense of humanity in our schools. I often write and speak about practical, small moves that are high leverage and deeply impactful inside and outside of the classroom.

Part One: Happiness: What is it really? Why does it matter? How can we create more of it for ourselves and others?

Part Two: We are not pizza. We cannot make everyone happy, and we cannot to it all perfectly. Being ridiculously in charge of yourself and your impact.

Part Three: Uncover small moves to make a big impact on learners and learning.

Part Four: The most important work we do is the work we do on ourselves. Everything else is secondary. If people can’t see it, they can’t be it. Discover how you can be the change you wish to see in your organization.
